Our room was not ready for hours after check-in, despite multiple requests. It was incredibly frustrating to wait for a dirty room to be cleaned when the hotel wasn't even busy. To add insult to injury, some of our luggage was missing when we finally got to our new room, making the entire experience exhausting and stressful.

The Junior Suite with Side Sea View was spacious and had comfy beds. Loved the air conditioning. it kept the room cool. No coffeemaker, which was a bummer. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The shower had nice pressure. Overall, a pleasant setting to relax.
